How to Buy a Salvage Car at an Auction House

Buying a new car is out of reach for many, especially given the exorbitant rates at which the vehicles are priced. Taking a loan to source the required funds is not advisable either, as this results in years of loan repayments. For this reason, you should look for more viable options that won’t burn a hole in your pocket.

Buying a salvage car is one such option. Online auction houses that specialize in wrecked cars have popped up all over in the past decade, owing mainly to the popularity of these vehicles. The unique selling point of these wrecked cars for sale is their price, which is usually a fraction of the total cost of a new car.

This write-up includes vital and comprehensive information regarding salvage vehicles, so go ahead and read on for the latest information.

Salvage Cars: The Concept Defined

Salvage cars are damaged vehicles that have been declared “totaled” by an insurance company. This means that the provider has written-off the value of the vehicle. This is done when the cost of repair exceeds a certain percentage of the car’s value (generally 75-90 percent). Such cars are declared as a total loss and are subsequently branded as salvage vehicles. It’s important to know that such vehicles cannot be driven, sold or registered in their present state. You, as the owner, are required to refurbish the car, make any necessary repairs and fulfill certain legalities before you are able to get the salvage title removed.

Different Types of Damage

A car incurs damage for many reasons, and being involved in a collision is just one of them. Many other factors that can turn your efficiently running car into a salvage vehicle are:

• Flood damage: This is one of the most common reasons that a vehicle earns itself a salvage title. After the hurricanes Katrina and Sandy, lots of vehicles received salvage titles. This is because the water that pervades the car’s body can cause serious damage to various mechanisms and parts. You should therefore exercise the utmost caution when buying such a car and check its interior for any signs of moisture or salt deposit.

• Hail damage: Hailstorms can cause extreme damage to vehicles. Some states provide specific hail damage designations to cars, while others simply assign a salvage title. When buying wrecked cars for sale, it is advisable that you conduct a detailed inspection regarding the fitness of the body, as hail can cause permanent dents to the frame. Also, make it a point to ensure that any spare parts that will be needed are available before bidding on the vehicle.

• Recovered vehicles: Insurance companies generally pay-off the owner of a stolen vehicle after it remains unrecovered for a long period of time. In the case that it’s recovered on a future date, the insurance company will sell it to a buyer who will repair any damages that have been done to the vehicle. Some states like Arizona, New York, New Mexico, etc. brand these vehicles as salvage ones.

• Vandalism: A car may be awarded a salvage title if it gets damaged by anti-social elements. You need to be extra cautious when buying such cars, as no states specify vandalism in the title documents.

The above are just some of the types of damage that may result in a car receiving a salvage title. Whatever the case may be, it is advisable that you evaluate the model of your choice in-person, so that you can check the condition that the car is in.

Landing, Squeeze, And Splash Pages – The Differences

Landing page vs. squeeze page vs. splash page – what are they, and what sets them apart from each other? Do you need them for your website? The answer to the latter question is yes, yes and no. As you will discover by reading this article, you do need both a landing page and a squeeze page, while a splash page is completely unnecessary, contrary to popular opinion.

Landing Page

A landing page is simply where a visitor ‘lands’ after clicking on a link that directs him/her to your website. For example, if you advertise your bicycle store on Google, and someone clicks on it, the page they are redirected to is your landing page. If you used SEO and got an article about pillow cases to rank well and somebody clicked on it, they would be redirected to your pillow case article. Thus, your pillow case article would be a landing page. Note that their can be (and almost always will be) more than one landing page per website.

As a result, you will always have a landing page on your website, no matter what you do. Thus, it is an integral part of your website that is both necessary and cannot be removed.

Squeeze Page

If you are familiar with Internet marketing, then you probably also know that lists are a very important part of your overall plan. Without a list, your revenue will be much smaller than what it could be. Thus, it is essential that you have some method of extracting an e-mail address from a visitor ethically.

A squeeze page is simple the best way to do this. In a squeeze page, you provide a form for a visitor to enter in their e-mail address and their name (optional) in order for them to be able to subscribe to your blog/website. Alternatively, (and this works much better) you can also give a free gift, like an eBook or video tutorial as a reward when the visitor opts into your mailing list. A squeeze page is a vital part of the success of any online business.

Splash Page

A splash page is almost like the ‘homepage’ of a website. For example, if you were to type in an address into the URL bar, such as EzineArticles.com and you were redirected to a static page, that would be the homepage. A splash page is when the homepage is replaced with a page that draws attention to the middle of the page. For example, a video might be placed in the center, while the rest of the page is blank or has arrows pointing towards the center. This is a splash page.

With the recent algorithm updates, Google has shown that it does not favor websites with splash pages. They not only have longer loading times, but they also are not very user-friendly. I recommend not creating a splash page for your website(s).

The concepts behind these types of pages truly are quite simple. The first two, landing pages and squeeze pages, are essential to a business, while a splash page is not recommended.

Call of Duty Black Ops 2

It’s taken us a little while to get through this review but to be honest, we wanted to go through as much of the game as possible in order to give a fair review of everything that Call of Duty Black Ops 2 has to offer. So hit the jump and get into the whole review and see what we think of the latest entry in to the Call of Duty franchise.

Lets get the important stuff out of the way first, Activision was nice enough to send us a review copy of Call of Duty Black Ops 2. And boy oh boy, are we grateful because this game has already taken over the majority of my Xbox time and has even managed to knock of Borderlands 2 as my go to game at the moment. The game is the latest addition to the Call of Duty franchise, and the newest from development team Treyarch.

The game takes hints from the last Black Ops and brings them in to the year 2025 instead of focusing on previous wars, or “modern” wars like other entries into the franchise. The initial thought of moving the series into the future put some question marks around this title – how could it work, what would they do, is this just a step towards the Terminator? Well Treyarch jumped in full force on this game and made it honestly one of if not the best Call of Duty to date.

Initial Impressions:

Call of Duty Black Ops 2, takes everything that is loved in these games and pushes them farther. The flow, the story, the challenges, everything just gets taken up a notch instead of resting on what has already been done. The story absorbs you while you’re playing, you’re interested in the characters, and the plot, you actually find yourself playing through it quickly like a good book that you can’t put down just so you can find out everything about the story.

The online experience is everything that we love about Call of Duty, the guns, the action, the intense battles. It can easily be played in 20 minute breaks, or for hours on end and you just don’t get enough of it. If you do happen to get tired of the multitude of game modes in standard online play, well you can jump into Zombies for what is a completely different experience and game that adds hours more fun in a completely different way.

Gameplay:

The gameplay is what we’ve come to expect from the Call of Duty franchise: the single player is challenging and engaging, the multiplayer is hectic, fast paste and sucks you in, and yes there is zombies. It has everything that you know and love (or hate) about Call of Duty games, and brings back one thing that after the first Black Ops felt sorely missing in Modern Warfare 2, diving.

The story mode missions can seem familiar at times, but that’s to be expected considering we’ve been playing Call of Duty games for a long time now. The story itself is what you’re playing for now and this game doesn’t let anyone down in that department, it is probably the most in-depth story so far.

Graphics:

Even though there isn’t anything new running behind the scenes in Black Ops 2, Treyarch has done a lot to polish the look of this game. The character models are improved and the levels are more inviting. You actually want to be able to go off path in these levels and explore more. The weapons are more polished and there are now skins that you can equip your guns with for a slightly “customized” feel, which is a nice addition but nothing over the top.

The graphics improvements aren’t just in the single player mode, you notice the improvements in the multiplayer as well. The character models are different depending on your weapon choices and factions obviously. The gun models are improved and look different based on the attachments you equip, which isn’t anything new, but they look better and smoother.

Single Player Campaign:

The story puts you in the shoes of David Mason, the son of the protagonist Alex Mason from the first Black Ops game. Treyarch has done a great job of reaching into the future in a way that invests you in it, instead of just throwing you in it. You are drawn in to the story line, the characters pull you in and makes you want to play through the next mission so you can under stand more about what it is that got us here.

The campaign plays similarly to other Call of Duty games, with jumps between stages and events. You play through learning different points of the story through each mission and encountering different challenges and enemies. An interesting twist between this game and previous installments is time; the game is set in the future but the events that put everything in motion occurred in the past. This means that you play through different acts in different times utilizing different weapons and play types. It certainly adds to the gameplay because in “future” missions you have better technology and equipment at your disposal so you can play through differently in those missions.

During your play through you still have to find “intel” and do little challenges that don’t necessarily change the outcome of the game, but you get more points for completing them all and you can compare your play through score against your friends to see who did the best. It is nice that Treyarch included a stats screen so you can look at that and see how many pieces of “intel” you missed or other elements that you can try to accomplish during future play throughs to get more points, but in all honesty this is only for completionists out there and doesn’t really change your game.

Multiplayer:

Call of Duty multiplayer is either loved or hated by players, and sometimes hated by the people who love it. It feels like coming home, but like coming home after someone has actually done some improvements around the place. The game is faster than before and everything feels better than it did in previous entries.

You have your standard game modes, both core and hardcore. There is also league play now, which is an additional perk for having purchased the season pass. You have your standard games, demolition, capture the flag, death match, there are also the individual modes like gun game, one in the chamber and sticks and stones. There is a little something for everyone: whether you want larger scale battles or quick hectic free-for-all, you can find what you’re looking for.

Right now, the servers still seem to be fighting to keep up, if you’re in a larger party you can get dropped or lose your party. You also have times where you wait around for a lobby to fill up, or you crash out of a game. You also have to deal with the host migration during games which can get annoying, but it’s to be expected with influx of players hammering on the game day in and day out.

The only thing that this is missing is larger area maps. Everything is tight and confined, every map has the normally annoying corners to camp, and there are trap corridors where you’re never going to get through alive. There isn’t really anyway to “snipe” because there are so many cramped areas so you better be ready to run and gun. Hopefully this will be resolved with future maps, but at launch, get ready for close up fighting.

Zombies:

One of the major selling points of Black Ops 2 was the return of Zombies and it doesn’t let us down. Initially, there was some concern (at least from me) that this would be a lighter version of Left 4 Dead, but it isn’t, it is a completely different experience. The zombies get harder with each wave, and if you don’t work with your team you’re certainly not going to survive. There is also now the zombie bus, it takes you from area to area with in the map to open up different guns. If you’re not on the bus when it leaves the town, well you’re in for hard times because your team mates probably aren’t stuck with you.

The weaker side of zombies even with the new introductions is that the zombies come from reliable locations, and you can do the standard circle kill routine to rack up a lot of points. It can get very repetitive and lose its appeal especially when you have people in the game who are just doing the circle kill point grab. The best bet is to play with friends and make it a fun romp through zombie mayhem and make it a closed match so you don’t have to deal with this down side.

This little draw back doesn’t take away from the fun of Zombies, but it does make you long for the challenge and gameplay of Left 4 Dead, but hey, one game can’t be everything can it?

Summary:

All in all, this is the best version of Call of Duty to date and really makes you remember why you love this franchise. There are games out there that appeal to different types of gameplay and players, but this game reminds you why Call of Duty is the king of them all. The story is the most evolved, the mechanics are the most refined, and the game it self makes you wonder if there is anywhere that this franchise can go without new hardware for the developers to push.

History of Call of Duty

The history of Call of Duty is an extensive topic to say the least. This game has been on the market for over seven years. With seven different editions to the game collection, new players may find it a bit hard to jump in the game. While game play is always fun it is a bit tougher to follow the story line. Let’s take a look at some of the expansions in call of duty.

The first Call of Duty was released in October 2003. It was originally released in the PC gaming platform only. Players got the chance to become a soldier in an epic battle of good VS evil. Based on the Quake III Arena Engine this game was also a first person shooter. A second edition to the Call of Duty series was released in October 2005. Due to the growing popularity in counsel games and upgraded platforms Call of Duty 2 was also released to Xbox in November 2005. It is also interesting to note that a version of Call of Duty 2 was released for cell phones and smartphones. The third of Call of Duty was released one year later in November 2006. A significant fan base grew from the first 3 editions.

Time between game releases began to follow a one year wait. In November 2007 Call of Duty 4: Modern War Fair was released. This was the first edition to receive a mature audience rating and marks the improvement of graphics and violence in the Call of duty series. Now with so many competing counsel platforms Call of Duty: World at War was released on 4 different platforms in November 2008. For the next installment of the series Activision decided to pick back up after Call of Duty 4: Modern War Fair and so the games new edition would be called Call of Duty: Modern War Fair 2. This edition was released in November 2009. Now excluding the Nintendo Wii as a platform for the Call of duty series. There are already three more editions in the works.

The 4 Keys To Creating A Quality Agenda For Your Meeting

One of the recurrent discussions for those of us involved in leadership training and planning, is attempting to determine the significance, usage, frequency, and effectiveness of meetings that one holds/ conducts. How many are enough, too little or too much, in the overall scheme of being an effective leader? How can you make the meetings you lead, something attendees look forward to, and leave feeling they gained something of value/ significance, and looking forward to future ones? How can anyone create the most desirable impact, until and unless he thoroughly does his homework and prepares in detail, prior to holding a meeting? In my over three decades of identifying, qualifying, training and consulting to well over a thousand individuals in a variety of actual and potential leadership positions, I emphasize how important the creation of a quality agenda is, in order to enhance the potential impact of one’s ideas and plan. In order to achieve that, I’ve created these 4 keys to the best agenda creation.

1. Theme for the meeting/ focus/ emphasis: Those who wish to cover too much of a variety of information in a relatively short period of time, often discover that they lose the interest of attendees. Emphasize a central theme, and tie the vast majority of components together somewhat, in order to create a clarity and emphasis that attendees can better appreciate. In training, there is a concept that is often referred to as, The Rule of 8, which means that most people need to have something repeated (often in a somewhat different way) at least eight times, until that proverbial light bulb goes off in their head and consciousness. Many have heard the concept of K.I.S.S., or keep it short and simple, and wise leaders create an easily understood, motivational agenda, with a central theme directing it.

2. Old business that must be conducted: Far too often, something has been discussed in the past, but with no resolution or finality. A great leader covers these issues at the beginning of his meeting, and then proceeds forward to the central issues he wants to discuss at this point.

3. New business/ ideas/ suggestions: Why are you holding this conference? Make sure that you create both actual, as well as perceived value, so that you differentiate this one from the pack, which, unfortunately, all too often, has those in attendance feeling that the best they can say is that they lost a certain period of time (that they’ll never recover or get back). Explain thoroughly and transparently why this information is important and how it will positively impact them (always remember that most people want to know how it affects them, hopefully for the better). Motivate attendees by showing clearly the benefits and intents!

4. Think – Did attendees leave the meeting feeling it was time well-spent?: When creating and implementing one’s agenda, the over-riding mindset must consistently be to reward attendees for their attendance and attention!

Don’t hold any meeting merely to hold one, unless and until you are thoroughly prepared, and have developed a well thought-out agenda! A true leader owes that to his stakeholders.

Is It Possible to Change This World As God Would Have It Transformed? It Has Happened Before!

Is it possible to have a spiritual harvest and spiritual prosperity and spiritual leadership in a day when so many have deserted the Word of God as we have that Word in the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments?

There was an amazing and awesome and challenge given to men some years ago and they rose to the occasion and there was a glorious harvest as leaders led and faced the onslaughts of paganism and secularism and humanism.

These are what we are currently confronting and there is no point of running away from reality!

Five men were fasting and praying and God spoke. A mission was launched that changed the Middle East from Damascus to Rome.

Five men opened their hearts to the possibility that God would say something and do something and God did. You can read the details in Acts Chapter 13.

This is what we so need around our world today and it is possible, if there were a few willing leaders to be led and motivated and inspired with boldness and courage and grace and love and compassion.

As these men were open to God they heard what God had to say and what God had to share and it proved worthwhile and produced such an outstanding harvest.

They probably did not expect anything exciting to happen, but it did. When hearts and minds are open to the living God things can happen.

These men were open and transformed and prepared and ready to do whatever Almighty God said.

We are told that prayer is a form of education. These five men were suddenly educated in the ways of God, and soon they were off serving and preaching and teaching.

Off they went into that dark world, with the light and love of the risen and living Lord Jesus Christ.

One of them, Paul, wrote about discipleship some years later, and he spoke about the discipline of the soldier and the strict ways of the committed athlete.

A third illustration, regarding wise faithful discipleship, appears within a few sentences, as Paul writes to young Timothy.

Having described how the soldier disciple is to give his best, and the serious athlete is to be focused, there is the picture of the hard working farmer.

Farmers are interested in harvests, but to have a harvest there must be the sowing of seed.

Jesus spoke a lot about seed and sowing and storing up for yourself treasure in heaven. Ah, that is where we will enjoy the most important harvest.

How do we do this? We do it by planting seed generously, and not only with regard to money, but by our time, energy, talents and ability.

Jesus gave that picture of the farmer returning with his harvest on a cart. The farmer presses down the sheaves, to get it all onto the cart, but there is too much, and it is running over.

It started by sowing seed. Now, that is profound, isn’t it, and perhaps just too difficult to understand!

Jesus then said a challenging thing. The measure or ladle you use to give will be the measure used to give to you, to bless you.

If you give in £5 notes, God may use £5 notes to reward you. If you give in £50 notes, God may use £50 notes to reward you.

If you want lettuces, sow lettuce seed. If you need someone to smile to you, sow a smile. If you need help, go and help someone, or sow a request.

There are very few guarantees in life, but Jesus taught that if anyone gives up anything for my sake, and the spread of the gospel, that disciple will receive a hundred times as much, in all areas of life, and with persecutions.

Why Leaders Must Understand The 4 Most Dangerous Phrases

Although there have been countless articles and other types of discussions about the need to maintain a positive attitude, far too often, these reflections merely gloss over in a philosophical manner, rather than in a more precise way, the overall subject matter. Undoubtedly, when anyone proceeds in a positive, rather than a negative way, he optimizes his possibilities, and accentuates his chances for success. Proceeding with a negative mindset, one often creates a form of self-fulfilling prophesy, where the quality of his self-talk impedes his ability, or willingness to proceed forward. After all, if you believe you will fail, from the onset, many will seek creating excuses and blame, to cover themselves, rather than seeking solutions. While many things said may have negative implications, for those wishing to be great leaders, they must recognize the most dangerous phrases used by others, as well as avoiding them, personally. In my over three decades of identifying, qualifying, training, developing and consulting to well over a thousand individuals in various positions of leadership, as well as conducting self-help and personal development seminars and programs, I have come to believe that these are the 4 most dangerous phrases.

1. I/ we have a problem: The minute one thinks in terms of problems, rather than perceiving obstacles and/ or challenges, he begins to infect his personal attitude and performance. Think about the difference between times you have visualized having problems, rather than merely focused on overcoming an obstacle, transforming it to a challenge, and expend your energies towards creating the best viable solution. In your personal forbidden or banned phrase library, eliminate using the word, problem! When you think about difficult situations (including stressful, controversial, or adversarial), avoid the tendency of following the negative path, by avoiding this most negative terminology (and thus, mindset).

2. I/ we can’t: Henry Ford is generally credited with the adage that you can either believe you can, or can’t, and either way you’ll be correct. While believing you can, does not automatically guarantee success, failing to believe in yourself, in this most essential way, generally sends one spiraling in the wrong direction.

3. I’ll/ we’ll try: Think about when you have asked a child to do a particular task, such as cleaning up his room, etc., and nothing ended up being done, and you understand a basic example of why this expression usually ends up meaning that someone will not try at all, but will say they did, and didn’t succeed. When any effort commences towards making an excuse, rather than achievement, it becomes a sort of cancer on achievement possibilities.

4. I’ll do my best: Trying one’s best should be an automatic, so when someone uses this terminology, it is an attempt to pre – explain one’s perceived inability to succeed. How can there be success if one’s focus is primarily on how to explain failure, rather than developing an implementing a plan.

Discipline yourself, and those you impact (and lead), to ban overtly negative phrases, and focus on getting what needs to be done, achieved! Are you willing to commit to this change of mindset, on a consistent basis?

Your Body Language: How 4 Common Behaviors Are Viewed By Others?

If you decide that being a leader is for you, there is an enormous amount you must learn, understand, and take to heart (and use effectively). While there is much knowledge and skill needed to truly lead, one component of our persona, that is often overlooked (or neglected), is understanding our body language, and what it says about you and your ideas and philosophies, etc. There are many aspects to this discussion, but I have come to believe, after more than three decades of identifying, qualifying, developing, training and consulting in the areas of leadership, as well as personal development and self-help, that these 4 common behaviors are ones that are most often observed by, and interpreted by those a leader comes into contact with, and thus makes some sort of impression (either positive or negative). While some may believe that their words are far more important and/ or relevant than their body language, the fact is that the two components need to work in synergy, in a positive, productive manner.

1. No (or negative) eye contact: Whether it’s true or not, the vast majority of individuals get a strong impression, either positive or negative, based on whether someone speaks to them while looking them directly in the eyes. Even the F.B.I. teaches its agents to judge one’s veracity (at least in part), by whether an individual maintains eye contact, or rather, looks up, down, to the right or left. How do you feel when you speak to someone who doesn’t look directly at you? Do you believe they care or not, or have virtues and integrity, that enhance your confidence in what they say, and represent?

2. Slumped shoulders/ posture: How confident do you perceive someone to be, when he stands slumped, as opposed to when a leader presents himself with confident and reassuring posture and presence?

3. Don’t know what to do with hands: If someone appears before you, and fiddles with his hands, or overly motions, or seems to fumble and be uncomfortable, does it make you feel more or less confident and reassured? Is the individual relaxed looking, or is he constantly changing the positions of his hands? How do you feel when someone appears before you with their arms crossed in front of them? Do they seem welcoming and caring, or far less than receptive?

4. Handshake: When they shake your hand, is their handshake firm and strong, or weak and less than reassuring? Are their hands moist, or dry and calm? What about the rest of their body language when they do so?

Remember that everything a leader says, does, or affirms by the nature of his body language, sends a message to others. When was the last time you took the time to think about what your non-verbal communication says about you?

My Craziest Restaurant Story Of All Time!

We went to visit my Mother in Toronto years ago, when arriving she wanted to take us out to lunch. Just so you know the translation was me taking her out to eat. After a few suggestions from us she only wanted to go to the Pizza Hut buffet lunch a block away. Her explanation was being close, they have different types of pizza, all you can eat, not too expensive. The catch was the buffet was only open till one thirty and it was one o’clock already. What can I say we landed there at one fifteen anyways. The person in front brought us to a table, and for some reason my Mother wanted to be seated at another more spacious table. I had a feeling she was up to something.

A few minutes later our server arrived seeing if we wanted beverages. My Mother wanted to know about the pizzas being replenished if they were all eaten before we finished our meal? The manager comes over explaining at this time of day they do not replenish the buffet, but enjoy there is plenty left for everyone eating lunch. Knowing my Mother well enough someone trying to humour her could be very surprised. She looked at my wife and I saying we are paying for this buffet, there are other people here, and how does this manager know there will be an adequate amount of pizza for each customer? Most people going eating at a buffet really indulge, no one can predict what a stranger will eat. Then all of sudden my five foot two Mother makes a dash for the buffet, she picks up a whole pizza bringing it to the table, going back taking until there is literally no pizzas left on buffet table. Out of breath a bit she sits down saying kids eat there is enough now. A few minutes later the manager sees all the pizzas on our table, comes over asking what we are doing? My Mother explains your sign outside said it is an all you can eat buffet until one thirty, we were here before then, and you told us that if it runs out sorry for our luck. Now we are sure there will be enough for me and my kids. Just a side note I was thirty-two years old at the time! The other clients still eating were shocked, my wife was embarrassed, and I found the whole thing hysterical. Only my Mother would have the nerve to do such a thing, and best is afterwards requesting a box to take home the leftovers.

Is Natural Weight Loss Really Possible?

Natural Weight Loss Is Permanent

Only natural weight loss can be permanent. Going on diets and taking weight loss pills to eliminate food cravings is only temporary and leads to obesity.

Not only is natural weight loss safe, but you’ll eliminate food cravings without taking weight loss pills.

Most weight loss systems are not natural, and that’s why the “failure rate” is over 98%.

There are no diets whatsoever, which lead to natural weight loss, because every single diet slows down your metabolism, which means that when you go off the diet, you will eventually gain back more weight than you lost.

How many people do you know, who actually kept it off?

So, dieting is just not an option, if you want to keep the weight off for good.

Weight Loss Pills

Most weight loss pills or diet pills are nothing more than appetite suppressants, which help to take away food cravings so that you don’t eat, or don’t eat as much.

So in reality, what you’ve done by taking weight loss pills, is actually putting yourself on a very drastic starvation diet, during which your body is getting progressively more starved for nutrition, and also…

Your metabolism will slow down to a crawl, and that’s your guarantee that when you go off the weight loss pills, you are going to blow up like a balloon, and eventually gain all the weight back, plus a few extra pounds as a bonus.

Food Supplements

Taking a safe and healthy food supplement that your body can absorb, can really enhance a good natural weight loss program, because the extra nutrition will help your body to become more nutritionally satisfied.

This will help to eliminate food cravings without taking weight loss pills. Cutting back on food cravings by becoming more nutritionally satisfied, means that…

You won’t slow down your metabolism, and you won’t have the same problem with regaining the weight.

The problem however…

Is that most food supplements are not absorbed very well by your body. When you take a Vitamin and Mineral supplement for example, most people are only able to absorb between 4 to 5%, so it’s a total waste of money, plus…

If you are not absorbing the supplement, it will definitely not help to eliminate food cravings, so you’re no further ahead.

In the Slim America Weight-Loss Project, we only recommend natural food supplements which are fully absorbed by the body. As a result, these totally safe food supplements really help to enhance and speed up our natural weight-loss program, and also…

Not only are food cravings greatly reduced, but our students are reporting lots of extra energy, more stamina, and are finding it much easier to stay away from junk foods which provide very little nutrition, but really help to put on the pounds.

Exercise for Natural Weight Loss

Proper exercise is an essential ingredient in any natural weight-loss program, because there is no way that the weight loss will be permanent without exercise, and that’s a fact.

But here’s the problem…

Over 95% of all the weight loss exercises, that people do in order to burn off fat, actually burn almost no fat whatsoever. Most of these exercises burn almost exclusively sugar, and that’s why it’s so hard to get rid of the fat.

For most people who are overweight, especially if you’re obese, doing all the normal weight loss exercises like running, swimming, playing sports, using all the fancy exercise equipment in gyms, weight lifting etc., are practically useless for getting rid of fat.

Most of these exercises are very hard to do, require a lot of work, and a lot of sweating, for very little results. For sure, if you stick to it long enough it will certainly help, however…

The results are so minimal for most people that 99% of people will give up long before achieving any realistic results.
